RenaPATH™ was developed by Jasjot Bhullar, MD, FAHA, FMCP-M, a nephrologist and medical educator, to support visual literacy, pattern recognition, and clinicopathologic reasoning in renal pathology education.
RenaPATH is designed for nephrology fellows, residents, new faculty, educators, and other learners who want a structured way to improve renal pathology recognition. The platform emphasizes human observation, diagnostic reasoning, confidence calibration, and reflective learning in the age of AI.
Academic Innovation
RenaPATH is an academic educational technology project focused on renal pathology visual learning. It combines structured image review, pattern recognition, learner reflection, board-style assessment, and educator-facing analytics to support nephrology education.
The platform was developed to help learners build durable visual expertise and to give educators insight into learner confidence, accuracy, and common areas of difficulty.
